Exchanges & Returns

Overview

At Priyanka Malhotra, every garment is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because our pieces are bespoke or made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under the conditions outlined below

Custom & Made-to-Order Garments

If you receive a damaged or defective piece, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

All custom and made-to-order garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the rare case of a considerable damage or defect.

Once approved, we will arrange for you to send the item back, and a fresh replacement of the same product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping cost.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defect, damage, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours.

We will replace the product with a fresh piece of the same design. Refunds are not issued under any circumstance.

Ready-to-Ship Products & Accessories

For ready-to-ship items, only size exchanges are allowed.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to size exchanges. Once we receive the item, we will ship the correct size (subject to availability).

International orders

All international sales are final.

Exchanges are not available for international clients.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the client and are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees paid at the time of the original purchase are non-refundable.

In case of an exchange due to damage or defect, we will bear the shipping cost for the replacement.

In case of size exchanges, customers must bear the shipping costs for both returning the item and receiving the new size.
